Be who you are, dance who you are
Come as you are, dance as you are: Groove Dance and EuroGames are made for each other! We’ll give you a dance party in a class of its own – dance off, clear your head, let it glitter and let your soul dangle. The super simple moves can be done by anyone. In the group you dance to your own taste, bring your personality and style to the dance floor and contribute to a fabulous dance experience together with your fellow dancers. Groove is more a dance philosophy than a dance style and you decide what this philosophy should look like for you. Facilitators lead the sessions and give suggestions on how you could move your body to the music. There is no right or wrong.
Hip-hop or funk? Chachacha or waltz? At Groove we use all genres of music and have something for everyone. If a song doesn’t appeal to you at the moment, you can take a break in the chill-out zone and get back into it at your leisure.
We are very pleased to offer three 90-minute sessions during EuroGames Bern 2023 together with Groove Switzerland. A Silent Groove Party is planned under the open sky on Thursday evening. To ensure that humans, animals and the environment are not disturbed, we will use wireless headphones for a special groove experience. On Friday and Saturday, the sessions will take place in a municipal gym in Bern. More information about the locations will be announced in June 2023 at the latest.
Please register for Groove via our registration software. Thank you for your understanding that we have to process the costs in Euro.
