Self-Defense for Queers

Where there is preparation, there is no fear

Unfortunately, physical attacks based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression are on the rise. Therefore, it is necessary for LGBTIQ people to know how to effectively defend themselves and protect their physical integrity.

Verbal and physical techniques can be used to deter or repel attackers. Prevention is also important. It is possible to recognize potential threats at an early stage and avoid dangerous situations.

By participating in the «Self Defense for Queers» training, you will learn a simple and effective system to protect yourself from aggression and violence. If you like, you can let off steam on this day. However, the training is also suitable for people without sporting ambitions. The training provider Functional Fighting has many years of experience in training vulnerable people.

If you want to feel safer and have an exciting day, sign up for Self Defense for Queers.
