Inline Night

They see me rollin’

Closed streets just for you and your inline skates? That’s possible in Bern. For several years now, the Inline Night Bern has taken place every two weeks during the warmer summer months. There are various routes that are closed to all traffic for a short time by volunteers.

In the context of EuroGames, the Inline Night will exceptionally take place on a Thursday, namely on 27 July 2023. Meeting point is at 7:30 pm at Waisenhausplatz, departure is at 8 pm sharp. The Inline Night can only take place in good weather and on dry roads.

The City of Bern has approved Route 8 for Inline Night.

In order to be able to estimate the number of participants during this special edition of the Inline Night, we ask you to register. This way we can also inform you if we have to cancel due to weather conditions.

Please bring your inline skates, pads and helmet as well as your own water bottle. There are no drinks available on site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent inline skates. For safety reasons, we ask you not to bring flags or banners. If they fall on the road while you are skating, they can become a danger for riders behind you. Please be aware that insurance and liability is your responsibility. The Inline Night Bern Association declines any liability in case of accidents.
